Remove WordPress link from your meta widget With a plugin

Having wordpress.org link in our meta is nice, but sometimes we want to remove it, because everybody knows where to go if they need wordpress. Watch the video tutorial how to remove that link using a plug in. I prefer this way, because then i don’t need to edit the default php file in my wordpress folder. If you want to remove this without using a plug in, please watch here.

Here is how to remove the wordpress.org link. But if you are using wordpress 3, you might want to check the updated post here.

    I want to remove the links like “Last modified on. 0 comments. Top. Edit topic.” from TwentyTen theme. I tried to modify few php files but as I am new to php not able to remove those links.

      where are those links?
